Happiness is a choice!

Did You Know?

I used to have asthma, I used an inhaler on a daily basis, but now I am asthma free… unless I clean with ammonia, or use cascade dish detergent or windex,,, hmmmm… DID YOU KNOW– of the 17,000 chemicals that appear in common household products, only 30% have been adequately tested for their negative effects on our health, less than 10% have been tested for their effect on the nervous system, and nothing is known about the combined effects of these chemicals when mixed within our bodies. Maybe , just maybe that is why the cancer incident rate which was about one in 50 at the turn-of-the-century is now one in three with women and one in two with men. WHEN IT COMES TO CANCER…WHY TAKE A CHANCE?? Since 1975, Children’s Cancer have increased by 20%. Breast Cancer incidence increased by 40% between 1973 and 1998. We lack the basic information about the Chemical content and the Risk of most products we buy. Labeling Laws need to be Changed. WE SHOULDN’T HAVE TO BE TOXICOLOGIST TO SHOP SAFETY FOR OUR CHILDREN AND FAMILY!!! SOMETHING TO THINK ABOUT??????

I am weak, and I am happy, how can that be?

Ether 12:27 And if men come unto me I will show unto them their weakness. I give unto men weakness that they may be humble: and grace is sufficient for all men that humble themselves before me: for if they humble themselves before me and have faith in me, then will I make weak things become strong unto them. Sometimes out of no where, I don’t want to exist in this world any longer, it is just to hard. I feel unloved, unappreciated and why? I have the love of my life beside me, but life is hard for him also, and maybe, I make it harder for him by being by his side. I have a big family but with this big family comes many heartaches and horrible thoughts, I fight them off. Mothers Day Missing my mom, grandmother and my son. Feeling betrayed and unloved. It will not let it get to the best of me, I walk. I came across a field that was recently

The Perfect Legacy

This is my son and grandson. This is just so precious and brings a smile to my face every time I look at this picture. I remember the day that Chace knew he was a cowboy for life. With a ruptured spleen sitting on a saddle in the yard, roping a dummy. He is a cowboy through and through and a good one. He is a role model to young cowboys all over the country. But most of all he is an amazing dad and husband. That is what brings me the most happiness. Little boys growing up to be just like him. The perfect legacy.

To React or to Act, That is the Question

A sweet young friend of mine is such an example of reacting in such a mature manner. When she is around someone who is negative, rude, or disrespectful she removes herself from the situation. She is more comfortable being alone then around obnoxious rude people. Thank you for your example of not reacting, but acting.
